Do you ship to my country?
We ship all of our products worldwide. If you can’t ship to your country please send an e-mail to vendex@gekkoagency.com
Shipping costs:
Shipping costs will be calculated at the checkout. These prices do not include customs fees or other taxes.
How can I track my order?
Every shipping option includes track & trace. You receive the tracking information via e-mail.
How long does it take for my order to get to my place?
For DTG printing shipping will start after 3 - 5 working days*.
- Europe local mail shipment: 15 – 20 business days
- Wordwide local mail shipment: 20 – 25 business days
*If a product has a different shipment date than normal, this is noted on the productpage.
*Shipping times may differ if:
- A product has a different Shipment date. If so, this will be noted on the product page.
- We are experiencing a busy period (such as the holidays). If so, this will be indicated in a top banner
